As of my knowledge cutoff in early 2023, the Space Launch System (SLS) has not yet gone around the Moon. The Artemis I mission, which is slated to be the first integrated flight test of NASA's SLS rocket and the new Orion spacecraft, is designed to send Orion on an uncrewed mission to orbit the Moon before returning to Earth. The mission has experienced several delays for a variety of reasons including technical issues, the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, and weather-related postponements. It is a highly anticipated mission as it is set to pave the way for future Artemis missions that aim to return humans to the lunar surface and eventually to Mars. For the most up-to-date information, be sure to check NASA's official channels or the latest news from reliable space news outlets, as launch dates and plans may have changed since my last update.
